Instead of hiring a full-time DevOps engineer, you get our team for the hours you need. We set up and run cloud infrastructure for software teams: Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and the Terraform that holds it together, on AWS or Google Cloud. Everything is documented and handed over so your developers can change it without calling us first.
After the build, many clients keep us on. We handle day-to-day operations, take the on-call, and do the IT work (accounts, devices, access) that otherwise lands on whichever engineer is nearest. For healthcare and other regulated companies we also look after SOC 2 and HIPAA controls, and we sign BAAs.
Built for small-to-midsize teams
We work with teams of 5-20 developers who need solid infrastructure but don't have a platform team, and probably shouldn't hire one yet. Much of our work is for healthcare and other regulated companies, where the platform has to pass an audit as well as a deploy.
Teams usually call us when deploys have turned into something people put off until Monday, or when the one engineer who understood the infrastructure is leaving. Sometimes it's just that everyone is spending their weeks keeping things running instead of building the product. Whichever it is, we've fixed it before.
